Draft launch terms for local Las Vegas transactions.

This first release supports local pickup and delivery within Las Vegas Valley. National shipping is not offered.
Product and pricing
The current public offer is the cyan Aipas M1 Pro Xterrain ST only, subject to inventory confirmation. The purchase price is $850 per bicycle. The 1–14 day rental package is $700 per bicycle plus a separate $350 refundable security deposit per bicycle.
Rental deposit
The deposit is not insurance. Its refund is reviewed after the documented return inspection under the final seller-approved rental agreement, which must replace the current draft before live rental payments are enabled.
Payment and handoff
Payment is processed through Stripe. Pickup point, delivery eligibility and handoff time are confirmed after payment. The buyer or renter is responsible for checking the rules that apply to the intended route, property and use.
Launch requirement
The seller legal name, physical contact details, governing-law language, return policy, warranty position and final rental agreement must be approved before live payments are enabled.
